The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces the opening of the application process for the competition of awards and state scientific scholarships in the field of science. This year, applications are accepted in electronic format through the information system “Single Window “National Innovation System” astanahub.com”.
The purpose of the competition is to encourage scientists and researchers for their contribution to the development of science, outstanding research, and achievements. Awards and scholarships are designed to identify the best works in various fields of science. Specifically:
- The K.I. Satpayev Award for the best scientific work in the field of natural sciences;
- The Ch.Ch. Valikhanov Award for the best scientific work in the field of humanities;
- The Y. Altynsarin Award for the best scientific work and labor in the field of pedagogy;
- The Kultegin Award for outstanding achievements in the field of Turkology;
- The D.A. Kunaev and M.O. Auezov Awards for young scientists;
- 75 state scientific scholarships, including 50 state scientific scholarships for talented young scientists, including those up to the age of forty.
Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan working in the field of science can participate in the competition. Applications are accepted until November 22 from individual participants or teams of authors (up to five people). Scientific works nominated for the award can be in the form of monographs, articles, patents, and must be accompanied by documentary evidence of scientific activity and recommendations.
