The Women in Tech CCA Awards 2024 ceremony was held in Tashkent. It was attended by leading representatives of the IT industry, startup founders, and innovators from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, and other countries.
The main goal of the award is to celebrate the achievements of women in technology and promote their initiatives. The laureates were those who demonstrated leadership, an innovative approach, and actively participated in social projects.
Rada Islamova from Kazakhstan, CEO of Wonder Women, won in the BEST ALLY nomination.
Rada Islamova is the founder of the Wonder Women community, which supports women from different countries in their professional careers and businesses, including IT.
45 nominees participated in the competition, and 9 of them were recognized as the best by the jury committee. Each winner in her category was shortlisted for the Women in Tech Global Awards, which will be held on November 14 in Paris.
