Astana Hub has announced the results of the second cohort of its Global Outsourcer acceleration program, which aims to support Kazakhstani IT companies seeking international growth and expansion of their export potential. Over three months, 15 participating companies secured 98 export contracts worth a total of $355,034 with clients from 24 countries, including the USA, UK, Germany, Canada, UAE, and Australia.
The program focuses on developing lead generation and sales skills on the Upwork platform and other international markets. Participants underwent an intensive course that included 8 lectures, 14 masterminds, and over 50 strategic sessions, receiving individual support from trackers and experts. This experience enabled them to master effective methods of finding clients and concluding deals at the international level.
“One striking example from the second cohort is DilyaSoft.pro, which started with a $1,200 contract for an American client and then increased it to $500,000 thanks to the successful development of a CRM prototype for trucking brokers. The Kurmashev Studio team set a record by concluding a contract in just four minutes, while Maxinum Consulting signed an agreement for $160,000, choosing a niche in Google Apps Script automation. These examples clearly demonstrate the demand for Kazakhstani IT companies in the international arena,” said Magzhan Madiyev, CEO of Astana Hub.
In 2023, participants in the first cohort of Global Outsourcer concluded 69 contracts with clients from 27 countries for a total amount of over $158,000, strengthening their positions in markets such as the USA, Canada, Europe, Turkey, and Australia. The Global Outsourcer 2.0 program has once again confirmed the high competitiveness of Kazakhstani IT companies and their readiness for further expansion in the global arena, consolidating the achieved successes and laying the foundation for new international deals.
